I really enjoyed its caring employees.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a moderate distance from a cathedral-flanked square. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel. The room was well-appointed and nicely furnished, with a private bathroom. The breakfasts were sensational and enjoyable with fresh juices.

The location of this place is amazing, near all the attractions and shopping areas of the city, nestled in a beautiful building right next to the Cathedral.

The stay here was incredible, the rooms are comfortable and stylish with spacious bathrooms, and the outdoor restaurant serves amazing food.

The hotel is stylish and the junior suite is fashionable. the staff at the reception desk are knowledgeable. - We appreciated the marvelous views from the suite. - the location is unbeatable, only a 10-15 minute walk from the Porcelain Museum.

The staff, from the front office to the porter, is exceptional. Full buffet breakfast of excellent quality. The location can't be more convenient to visit the entire center of Florence.

Hotel has a strategic position, 40 steps (counted) from the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent and polite staff available to our every request. Excellent room cleanliness, kind and polite cleaning lady. Breakfast with a wide choice. Also Fusion is excellent, with special appetizers.

The location here was ideal, close to a charming square, and the room was modern, comfortable, and offered a direct view of the river.

I loved the room with a balcony facing a part of Ponte Vecchio. My breakfast was above average with fresh juices, a great view plus scrambled eggs. The location was perfect and magnificent, close to a Renaissance palace. Rewritten: I absolutely adored the room showcasing a balcony that overlooks a section of Ponte Vecchio. I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, which was a great advantage for exploring Florence. It was located right in the center, close to all the main attractions. The room had a double vanity bathroom, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, with staff attending to our every need. The breakfast had a good variety and you could even order a la carte. Plus, the hotel had a stunning view from the penthouse.

One downside was that the bathroom was quite dark, making it difficult to put on makeup.

1 hour of waiting to get the car back from the parking lot is abnormal as for me.

The room was beautifully appointed with high-quality toiletries and comfortable furnishings. We loved the library and reading room, perfect for relaxing. The location of the hotel was superb, just a stone's throw away from Ponte Vecchio. Despite a couple of minor issues with the room, our overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Extraordinary position. Very polite staff. Unique common spaces and design.

Good breakfast, to improve the variety of hot salty and sweet dishes (there are no home made cakes). Some rooms overlook the street (crowded rather than busy with cars during the night), but of course bad manners of these people are not the fault of the hotel.
